Lavona is an Arizona native practicing real estate in the Phoenix area for 25 years. She became a Licensed Broker in 2005 and is currently an Associate Broker with Contigo Realty. Lavona’s background began with new home sales, condo conversions with developers and she has worked with one of the valleys largest REO teams. She also has experience that includes several years of commercial real estate, including land transactions, industrial builds and office leasing. Lavona uses her endless enthusiasm to help clients find the best place for them, whether it is a first time home buyer, an investor, or someone that's been around the block a few times in the homebuying world. Lavona has a soft spot for kittens and spends her free time fostering kittens and cats for Safe Haven for Animals.
