Drum roll please.... After much back-and-forth-ness from the government, the FHA loan limits have settled back up at $346,250 for Maricopa County until the end of 2012. If you are moving to the Phoenix area and want to live in the "best" school districts, which metrics do you choose? There are plenty of information on the internet, including some rankings done by School districts and websites. There's the AIMS (state mandated) test, the SAT scores, and more.
